All data shared is provided in aggregate form to reduce the risk of identifying individual registrants. Data suppression may be implemented depending on the number of registrants identified in a request.

Requests may be refused if the request is inappropriate or misleading, required documentation or form details are missing/incomplete, the information cannot be provided or disclosed, or impacts to operational capacity.
