Summarized Decisions

The following decisions and reasons of the Discipline Committee are published as a requirement of the Regulated Health Professions Act, 1991. They help educate nurses and inform the public about what constitutes professional misconduct and incompetence. They also provide direction to nurses on practice standards and professional behaviour if they find themselves in similar situations.
