Transition to Practice (TTP) course is a new registration requirement starting April 1, 2025. This requirement will help support nurse’s integration into the Ontario practice setting. Many applicants will meet the requirement through their already existing education or registration. Internationally educated applicants will meet the requirement by completing a CNO-approved Transition to Practice Course of their choosing.
