QA Assessment selection notification went out on April 8

Quality Assurance (QA) Assessment selection notifications were sent to nurses on April 8.

Quality Assurance Assessment is a legislated accountability for all practicing nurses who are selected to participate. Nurses were randomly selected and notified via email that they have been selected. Make sure the email address and phone number listed in Maintain Your Membership is current so you receive any correspondence CNO sends you; we do not distribute selection notifications through the mail.

Nurses who are selected for QA Assessment must complete certain activities to successfully exit the program. These can include completing learning modules, submitting a learning plan or completing other activities.

Quality Assurance Assessment is a supportive process. We offer an instruction guide, online FAQs and examples of submitted QA Assessment activities. You can contact our QA team for any help along the way.

Quality Assurance Assessment is also an opportunity to showcase your ongoing commitment to professional development and your nursing practice.

We thank everyone selected for QA Assessment for your commitment to ongoing learning, nursing accountability and safe client care. We will have a second round of random selection for QA Assessment in the fall.
