Special Council meeting May 15
Council, CNO’s board of directors, will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 7 p.m.
Special meetings are distinct from Council’s regular quarterly schedule, and are specifically called to address timely needs.
During this special meeting, Council will focus on education registration requirements. The consultation on the subject closed on May 7.

The next regularly scheduled Council meeting is set for Thursday, June 6, 2024.
CNO meets nurses and employers at conference
CNO was pleased to meet nurses and employers at the annual AdvantAge Convention on April 17 and 18.
Nurses and employers from around the province came to the education and networking event to hear the latest on senior care in Ontario, as well as learn from keynote speakers and discussion panels.
At the convention, CNO hosted a booth where we answered questions and shared practice-related resources. We also encouraged participation in the recent public consultation on education registration requirements.
