Conduct Committee

The Conduct Committee is responsible for handling investigations when a written complaint is received about a potential breach of By-Law No. 3: Council and Committee Code of Conduct.

The Committee promotes informal resolution, oversees investigations, and, if no resolution is reached, reports the outcome of the investigation to Council with recommendations. This Committee meets only when a written complaint is submitted by a person who believes a Council or committee member has breached the Code.
