Submissions
A key function of the Policy Team is to respond to various documents, surveys, and position papers. Some of these responses relate to government policy or legislation, while others relate to organizational initiatives that may have a direct or indirect effect on the practice of nursing.

Council discusses and makes decisions on various policy issues that may directly or indirectly impact on the regulation of nursing. The policy briefings posted to this site have been debated at Council.

À l'OIIO, le service des politiques participe à la recherche et à l'analyse de renseignements qui serviront à l'élaboration de politiques au service de l'autoréglementation de la profession infirmière. Il peut s'agir d'analyses documentaires, de groupes de discussion, de sondages, etc.
Le Conseil étudie divers dossiers politiques et prend des décisions qui pourraient avoir un effet direct ou indirect sur la réglementation de la profession infirmière. Les documents d'information qui sont affichés sur ce site ont fait l'objet de discussions par le Conseil.
Présentations et réponses
Une des principales fonctions de l'équipe des politiques est de répondre à divers documents, sondages et exposés de principe. Dans certains cas, il s'agit de politiques gouvernementales ou de lois, tandis que dans d'autres elle se prononce sur les initiatives d'un organisme qui pourraient avoir des répercussions directes
ou indirectes sur l'exercice de la profession infirmière.
