Correction – Medication, Revised 2008
In the Medication, Revised 2008 practice standard, a line of French text was inadvertently inserted into one of the standard statement indicators. (See page 6, Implementation, indicator F, first bullet.) The English text is correct and complete. The error is in the print version only; the PDF on the website has been corrected. The College apologizes for any confusion this mistake may have caused.
