What type of receipt are you looking for?

  1. I need a receipt for fees paid for the 2018 or 2019 tax year:  login to MYM, click on Receipts under My Profile.

  2. I need a receipt for the 2017 tax year OR a prior years, up to 7 years from the current date:  click on the Email CNO link at the bottom of the page.

Help us respond in a timely manner by including the following information in your email:

  • First and last name
  • Date of birth
  • School of nursing
  • Year of graduation
  • Registration number
  • Email address
  • Telephone
  • The name of the service or fee that you require a receipt for
  • The approximate date (DD/MM/YYYY) of the payment
  • How you would like to receive your receipt (email or mail)
